Janice Gerona grew up in New York and moved to Colorado in 1980 to attend Colorado University. She has been a restaurant manager, trained disabled adults to get jobs in their communities, has been in non profit fundraising (she raised the money to help build Rainbow Preschool), and has owned a catering business and deli in Telluride. She has two beautiful girls and volunteers in the Telluride school district. Now, she feels blessed to help clients find their little piece of paradise here in our Valley.

Jean Vatter is the managing broker for Village Real Estate, and previously worked for the developer of the Franz Klammer Lodge in marketing and sales for four years. She grew up in New York and her education includes a mathematics degree and an MBA in marketing. Jean can't imagine doing anything else than helping clients with real estate that matches their needs. She has lived in Telluride for the past eight years and considers Telluride the most beautiful mountain town for so many reasons.

Andrew Molloy grew up in Santa Monica, California and Parker, Colorado. He moved to Telluride in 1992 to help his sister set up her veterinary clinic in town. Locally, he has worked in the investments business and real estate title insurance business. He has also been involved in the Telluride Society for the Performing Arts, the Telluride Choral Society and is currently the vice president of the Telluride Chamber Music Association. Together with his wife, son and golden retriever, he feels that Telluride is a great place to raise a family, and that its glorious beauty is only the beginning of its many charms.
Andrew Molloy
Kate Woods is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has been living in Colorado since 1991. Kate is a graduate of the Colorado College and is currently pursuing her masters in Business from the University of Washington. Kate came to Telluride 9 years ago for the first time. Her love of traveling, skiing, and sense of community makes Telluride a perfect fit for her permanent home. Kate's real estate experience ranges from multi-unit development projects to single-family homes, condos, investment properties, and ranches. Her extensive experience in these many areas of real estate is of great benefit to her clients, and her guidance has proven invaluable to her clients.
