What size fractionals are offered?

There are various sized interests. The most common membership offered is 1/10th interest, consisting of five weeks. The lodge also offers both smaller and larger interests.

Do I receive a deed?

Each interest is a fee simple deed and can be sold, willed, gifted, etc. in perpetuity.

What are the purchase prices?

The price is determined by the number of bedrooms, the number of weeks the interest bears and if there is a Telluride Ski and Golf membership attached.

Are these resales?
